Abstract

Der 2005 publizierte interdisziplinäre Sammelband Gespenster. Erscheinungen - Medien - Theorien, dem 2002 eine Tagung an der Universität Münster vorausging, widmet sich mit dem Gespenst einer in literatur- und kulturwissenschaftlichen Debatten verstärkt an Konjunktur gewinnenden Denkfigur. In literarhistorischen, literaturwissenschaftlichen, wissensgeschichtlichen, ethnologischen und philosophischen Beiträgen steht die historische Entwicklung und kulturelle Diversität dieser Reflexionsfigur im Mittelpunkt.
